Today, the Summit/New Providence Rotary celebrated its 100th consecutive year of awarding scholarships to deserving students from our two local high schools. In addition to the Rotarians and some family members of the students, we were honored to host Lauren Zirpoli, superintendent of NP schools, Brian Henry, principal of NPHS, Michael Criscitello, asst. principal of NPHS, Scott Hough, superintendent of Summit schools, and Stacy Grimaldi, principal of SHS. From Summit HS:
Parker Mann. Parker will attend UCLA
Dean Mauriello. Dean will attend Penn State, then U of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dean is also the recipient of the Wilbur Nelson scholarship.
Ava Wallach. Ava will attend the University of Florida.
From New Providence HS:
Brian Lippman. Brian will attend Boston College.
